Never mind that Danny, your sake Wellback has had to have his right boot taped up as it's ripped and due to the stadium design the backroom staff can't go down and get a replacement. :s

Athletico will end regretting not capitalising on all those chances

Defending well, under a bit of pressure but keeping it tight all the same. Vidic just been booked. :(

man Utd should hold their head up high, they battled hard all game. bayern didn't look like they could put it up a gear at all but when Utd went a goal up Bayern found that extra level and did what needed to be done.

Utd didn't stop til final whistle.

Thought moyes could have done more to change the game after bayern scored equaliser as 2nd goal was always on cards as Man U lost shape. Should have made a change quicker!!

Absolutely Wang. The haters will be spouting their pysh about Moyes but the truth is Man Utd are one of the most dignified clubs in England.

man utd played well up until they scored then gave up 3 goals in 17 minutes.

fisrt bayern goal was criminal, only 22 seconds after their goal.

even at 1-1 man utd were still in a much better position than they were at 0-0, so why the panic. there was even less reason for them to lose thier defensive shape.

yet they did a lot easier than earlier in the match.

if i was a man utd fan i would feel this is a chance wasted, despite bayern being the better side over 2 legs.

glad bayern beat them though, canny stand man utd no matter who is the manager.

also glad barcelona got beat.

seems to sort of prove my point that maybe the tippy tappy football they play isnt always functionable at the highest level.

several cl exits and performances in recent seasons proves my point.

most times ive watched barca, i feel they have lacked width and certainly dont play a more effective game like bayern, despite thier individual brilliance.

moyes didnt need to make a change at 0-0, 0-1, 1-1 or even 2-1.

they were doing fine at 0-0, and scored, then conceded, but were still in a better position than at 0-0.

all they had to do was keep thier shape and didnt need to chase a goal.

even at 2-1, they didnt need to panic, 1 goal would have seen them through.

to concede 3 goals in 17 minutes from a position of great advantage is poor.

Great to see the most despicable club in English football mullered by the Germans.

Hopefully Everton stuff them on Saturday too.
