A 55% increase in away support is an absolutely fantastic effort no matter who you are. Well done Millers.

A more interesting stat would be the percentage of the home support that travel away. I think we'd be one of the highest in the entire football league!

Erm I think Preston have averaged 1119 to add to your list. However, anything over 1000 is a great effort so...

Away following has been great.
6%up at home from last season is better than none

Exactly, both are brilliant. Rather than comparing to a similar promotion season, why not compare to the last season at DVS. Pretty much every aspect of our team, support and club in general is on the up, yet some "fans" still feel the need to moan about something :blue:

up the millers

Our home average is approx 8400, net home support ( minus away fans ) is around 7600
So based on current away average we have approx 14% Of home support going to away games.
It's pretty good. Not the highest though.

Preston are 1073 on my list so we just overtook you the other night. Having said that, my list says Bristol City brought 7743 to NYS the other week which took their average above ours but they actually only brought 743.
