Two disastrous losses for Charlton this week which put them well and truly back into relegation touching distance; the first away at Brighton then at home to Barnsley.
Three goals from Brighton scored by Jesse Lingard on 11 minutes after dispossessing Diego Poyet, Leonardo Ulloa two minutes before half time and Jake Forster-Caskey in injury time put Brighton into the play-offs.
There were few chances for Charlton with reza ghoochannejhad getting the best of them in the first half.
