Time is as they say a great healer, have had bouts of depression etc etc, but, all is well thanks. As Elisabeth said, last year was Annus Horribilis! :)

Hi ENG sorry to hear about your tough year. In some ways mental health problems can be worse than other types of illness. People can look as right as rain to others but inside they suffer to cope with the stresses of modern life. It is so easy for people to say things like "Pull yourself together" but as I am sure you will know, it is a lot harder than that.
