What a bad last two seasons we have endured and now it could end up in relegation,

Lack of re-investment of the parachute payments, or does our CEO see chronic poor management decisions and is too scared of them blowing the money on duffers.

When i say duffers (and there are a few of them) i use Chopra as a prime example, he arrived with a bad reputation and clearly overweight. Who is responsible for the due diligence, did he take a medical ?

If it was my decision i would have made Chopra run 5 laps of Bloomfield Road followed by 50 push-ups and sit-ups, and if he couldnt do it , i would tell him "on yer bike" because im 55 years old and i can do it.

See you all next season, where-ever that may be. >:(

I don't think you will go down K, those dirty blue nosed barstards up the m6 will hopefully drop out the championship.
Good luck

Cheers boywonder, that result at Wigan has taken a lot of pressure off of us, and i think your correct, the Brummies are looking doomed.

Good luck with your prem adventure, its all about establishing a foothold, but most of all, enjoy.

Certainly wouldnt upset me if the Brummies were the ones to drop. Never been a great fan of the club or their fans and lets be honest I dont think there is any love lost between our clubs. Plus it means you Lashers stay up to give us even more incentive to make sure we go up via the play-offs. ;D

Well not long to the start of the season ladies and we are a shambles before we have kicked a ball, oh well, :blue:

We've been a shambles all season if truth be known only just surviving by the skin of our teeth some would argue since we dropped out of the premier league, one word shambolic. :blue:

I see Karl Oystain is already doing his upmost to get back to league one before Christmas in bringing in deadbeats from relegated Barnsley (no offence Barnsley) and Peter Clarke a player who left us in the sh1t leaving just 3 days before the season kicked off back in 2006 but now he's 32 past it and didn't have a job before Oystain plucked him off the scrap heap.

It's pretty obvious Riga's only target so far is this Cubero lad from Costa Rica, the others are all cheap panic signings by you know who, shameful. >:( - view external link (T)

These players (Mainly Mellis and Perkins, Cywka however is alright in my opinion) were hardly even fit to stay with us in League 1 to the point everyone on the Barnsley board were in relief that they had moved on, I do think you have a good one in Cywka though, although he always seems to struggle to play 90 mins and seems to be better as a sub, but the other two I have completely no idea how they are still playing Championship football. :s

If Perkins and Mellis are intended to be in your main starting 11 then I would be worried... :blue:

FF / K - it sounds like its going to be one hell of a long season and the worrying thing for you Lashers is the Championship in my opinion is even stronger this year with the sides up from Div 1 and down from the Prem.

:D :D I hear ya K and the first thing that needs sorting as you all well know is ditch Oyston if thats at all possible so your Manager can get on with the job in hand. Cubero being a real eye opener shows this manager can obviously attract them Work permit allowing of course.
