Apparently if we draw against York we become the first English team to gain promotion by drawing more games than we have won since three points for a win was introduced.
The last time it was done at all was in the 1968/69 season by Rochdale and Bradford City who finished third and fourth in the old Division Four that year. Both won 18 with 20 draws.
A record we can probably live without. Let's hope we can scrape a win against the best defence in the division at present and go out on a high.
