"Mousa Dembele remains sidelined for tomorrow's derby at West Ham.
The midfielder is still struggling with an ankle injury and has only started once since March 2.
"There is no progress with Mousa, hea??s still struggling with that ankle, ita??s plagued him this season," said Tim.
Etienne Capoue and Jan Vertonghen made successful returns from injury for our Under-21s on Sunday.
Tim added: "They were okay after that game and have trained this week. They will continue to train and be assessed but this game might come too soon for them."
Meanwhile, Andros Townsend has joined longer-term absentees Kyle Walker (pelvis) and Erik Lamela (back) on the sidelines after damaging his ankle at Stoke on Saturday.
"Kyle is working on his strength in the gym," reported Tim. "When you miss that much training with an injury like that around the pelvic area you need to build it up again and hea??s missed so much now, wea??re just hoping he could possibly still make the World Cup."

What "hypocrisy"?
Nothing's changed. Those that want him gone still want him gone.
It's simply about us doing a hat-trick of wins over a global superpower and enjoying the day.

The result was more to do with how badly we played than how good you are. Although we did improve when we went down to 10 men. Can't defend a 3-0 whitewash, other than to point out that you just missed relegation and we are playing in Europe next season. You can have your win, I will settle for our position and the knowledge we will improve next season.
