I think derby will be the side getting promoted and they deserve it they finished 3rd.

McClaren took over earlier this season from Clough. They were going nowhere under Clough and with the same squad of players Mclaren has them on the verge of the Prem. We are different at Bolton we need to clear out players and Dougie has to do a complete rebuild to get to the same situation as Derby. Makes you think Campo.

Derby deserve to go up but if they get to Wembley and play Wiggin I can see them losing and the pie-eaters being in the Prem next year.

Interesting point though chip. I think McLaren inherited a younger and more hungry squad than us. They'd had a few years to clear out the ex-Prem wasters and basically wanted it and were willing to work for it

Next season is the crunch for me Jimmy there really can't be anymore excuses.

Completely agree chip.

Last year of Freedman's contract so he's got to do what he did at Palace and show that he can do something with the youngsters. They've done well in their leagues so some of them need to be stepped up to the first team.

Play-offs minimum for me

Playoffs minimum for me this season, otherwise it's bye bye Dougie.

Just watching the Wigan V QPR game and it's pretty dull. From what I've seen so far, Derby look most likely to go up and they deserve it, with finishing 3rd.

I can see Derby doing the same as us if they don't go up.

Everyone will think they'll go up because they've got the momentum, and they'll finish mid table.

As for the 3 relegated teams I think Fulham will struggle big time after so long in the Prem, a culture shock for their players. Cardiff should be strong because a lot of their players played in the championship, but I have a feeling Solskjaer won't last. Norwich could be hovering around the playoffs.

I see Wigan fans again turned out in force again, the crowd was 14500 including around 3500 QPR fans, even for Wigan standards thats patheric, do they really want a football club in the town? Of course they will have their well oiled excuses for the poor turn out.

We sold out last season just for a chance to get in the play offs.

Yep, I also think Fulham will do the same as us and struggle with players that have been in the Prem for too long

Well done Derby. You have to feel a bit sorry for Nigel Clough though, as this Derby team is pretty much what he built, but with the superior guidance of Steve McClaren.
