Here we go again, the season has only just finished and we are linked with 3 players which is a lot more fun than watching the team play.

Bring on the silly season. :D - view external link (www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/west-ham-transfer-news-norwich-3525463)

trying to put life into a cold corpse... our players (current or future) aren't the issue.

From KUMB

'The City game also proved to highlight several weaknesses in the West Ham squad. The likes of Matt Taylor, George McCartney, Kevin Nolan and Joey O'Brien looked woefully out of their depth. While they have been good servants, and I'd never question their heart and desire for the cause - maybe Nolan at times - they look off the pace and if we want to progress then those are areas of the pitch we need and must look to bolster'

Too true.

I don't know what the transfer kitty will be. It will probably be swelled by the sale of Winston Reid and whatever any mug chairman is prepared to pay for Diame on current form and attitude, although to be fair a new manager would probably get far more out of him.

So you can add a central defender to the needs.

Snodgrass would be an ideal signing but hope not to sign him if he is long term injuries, like Carroll did.

McCormack, Rhodes and Ings would be a good signing for us for strikers.

Cresswell of Ipswich will not be a bad signing but need a good Left Back position and a terminator like the old Julian D!cks
