Well sadly Jose hasn't been rewarded for all the good work in keeping Charlton in the Championship. Apparently something to do with not picking the players Mr Duchatelet wanted, same as Chris Powell really, but sticking to the best 11 to get the right results.

I really wish him well elsewhere as am sure most Charlton fans would so the new gaffer or Head Coach as it is now is...
