Will be the play off final referee.

Isn't he the one who sent Smallwood off against Port Vale :s

I think he's the bald guy.

I've just checked and yes it's the same Ref so Smallwood will have to watch himself :s

Will have absolutely no bearing on what happens, different game, different circumstances, simple...

But if he sends anyone off I'd put money on Smallwood, that's the type of player he is going straight in for a tackle, that's the reason I'm a little worried

Smallwood got sent off for stamping. Any ref would have sent him off

I never said it wasn't a sending off, also Pringle and O'connor got booked.

This season
34 games
104 yellows
4 reds.

This is going to be a cracking game

In my experience referees are usually a bit more reluctant to dish out cards in a big televised match. They are under a lot of scrutiny from the media and don't want to be labelled as the ref who spoiled a Wembley occasion.

Think the two refs we have had vs preston were very good. ok they made 1 or 2 mistakes but contrary to belief, they are human..
also though the p vale ref was one of the better ones we have had at NYS this season.

lets hope for a cracker of a game.
