Kilmarnock Football Club is delighted to confirm that Jamie Hamill will be returning to Rugby Park after signing a deal which will keep him at the Club until 2017.
27 year old Hamill is no stranger to Rugby Park having made over 100 appearances during his first spell at Kilmarnock.
Jamie made his debut for Kilmarnock in the 2006/07 season and soon earned a call up to the Scotland U21 squad.
Jamie made the breakthrough to the first team playing primarily as a midfielder but in his final season at Rugby Park under Mixu Paatelainen he made the right back position his own and produced form which earned him a move to Hearts in the summer of 2011.
During his time at Hearts Hamill experienced playing in the Europa League and also played a part in their 2012 Scottish Cup triumph scoring against St Mirren in the Quarter Final replay to set the Tynecastle side up for historic victories over Celtic and Hibernian at Hampden Park.
Jamie missed out on those matches against Celtic and Hibernian
