I see FIFA have managed to maintain the normal **** poor stnadard of refs!

Two incidents in Brazil V Croatia, Neymar should have had a red card for his blatant forearm smash immediately before he scored and that was one of the softest penalties given i've seen.

Croatia's goal should have stood, too.

Always gonna happen that the hosts on opening day get the rub of the green.

Not right of course, but certainly not a shock!

No the ref followed the laws of the game re croatia's 'goal'. You are not allowed to touch the goalie at all. Daft law but until its changed the ref got that one spot on. The elbow was a red though and the penalty was ridiculous.
