Sampdoria sounds like a gastronomical related illness you get from a milkshake in Greece.

"Poor Bert, he waited all year for that trip to Corfu then he caught sampdoria from a chocolate milkshake on his 2nd day there. Had the trots the whole fortnight. Came back 2 stone lighter than when he left. Never again, he said, never again. It's Bognor or Skegness from now on."

Anyway, West Ham to play free flowing football and Carlty to get that long awaited hattrick. I can feel it in me bones :D

Is anyone going?

I'm not going to Corfu after hearing about the "sampdoria" bacterial nasties in chocolate milk-shakes that so affected poor Bert... >:(

There was an oaf at west ham
whose defence was set-up like a dam
on the day of the match without time for a scratch
he was f.ucked in the a.rse like a lamb

A womand Rose spread the news
to her husband still reeling from booze
"It's not nothing new, when your claret and blue
he's a c.unt but it's only my views"

As for team news, clubs usually put out what will be their starting X1 for the opening league match so...

Adrian
O'Brien
Collins
Reid
Cresswell
Downing
Koyate
Noble
Nolan
Jarvis
Cole

Which I find depressing. Glad I'm off on my holidays today.

I bet that's 4-2-3-1 as Sam would say or 4-5-1 if your actually watching with Tomkins at fullback and zarate out wide.

He seems to be all over the place. The commentators are suggesting we were unlucky to concede. My mate is supposed to be at the game, but he ain't answering his phone so I can't get the sp. >:(

Good quality highlights, nice one Flair.

Lovely play from the young tall CB bringing the ball out of defence like Bobby. :)

Kouyate will be a real player for us hopefully.

Cheeky bit of skill from Diame. B)

Nolan is a pr1ck.

There is a reason why Collins just hoofs it.
Looks really slow, and surprisingly pushed off the ball very easily. How did Reid play anyone?. Does he look interested?.

Nolan didn't look a happy bunny when he picked up cup, question for anyone at game, was crowd giving him grief for being so ****ing lazy?

no brainer, drop nolan and play diame, noble and Kouyate in midfield
