Castus stays banned, Es***, it's up to Ratty

Had a word with our site Editor yesterday. Appealed for Castus and Es*** (on DCM).

Castus I'm afraid cannot be lifted by him, but the whole FM Editor.

As for Es***, it's up to Ratty to recommend to the Derby Editor to lift the ban. I've asked but he's hasn't replied or usually feigns ignorance.
