Has improved immensely this season. He was very good previously, but goals have transformed him and increased his confidence. His interplay with Morgan Schneiderlin have made Saints very strong in midfield, defensively and offensively.

Sign him up on an extended deal asap please.

An embarrassment of riches in those central midfield positions, Jack, Steve and Morgan were immense and Victor was no slouch either, 4 central midfielders with 6 goals already. They are far more mobile this season then last,constantly changing positions.
And I would like to see Jack sign an extension sooner than later.
