Why on Earth should soldiers get free tickets to see North End? After all, they're in full-time employment. This stinks of politicising our club. If people want to fight for the Yankee oil-lust then that's their own stupid fault, why should I subsidise them? This is pure war-mongering propaganda.

Because if we give away up to fifty free tickets to soldiers who receive a full-time salary, who would otherwise PAY for up to fifty free tickets, then we're losing potential revenue.
