There's none so blind as those who will not see.

Sorry Es*** but what Slippery Dave said is 'he (sic) won't pay on Dec 1st

You should concentrate more on what he's not saying.

Es***, if ever you wanted more evidence as to why your great Cameron will fail in europe, then this is it.
The dopey idiot, thinks he can reform the EU.
If you was waist deep in the EU gravy train, would you give anyone a cm of leeway and endanger your perks?

Plus uncalculated payments of 1000's in "respect" for being an ex Portuguese MP and PM.

It's funny how the EU with all it's Socialist philosophies, can be a bigger bunch of greedy capitalists then you can dream of.

Fallon came close to the truth of the EU yesterday, after having his knuckles rapped for saying that many British communities are "swamped" by migrants.
He was only saying what most of us think, yet it was deemed as bad PR. Grow a pair Cameron, face up to facts and tell the truth. You'll get respect for it.

All jokes apart, I don't mind Romans calling me a looney and right wing. It is my choice and feelings on the matter.
After reading some papers today, I am not on my own. The polls are now saying that 30% of the electorate would vote UKIP if they think the representative has a chance. That's a third and it's rising.
So there is a hell of a lot of us "LOONS" out there.

Trickytreesreds/News at 10/Wapping

My my, I see in my 2 day absence, you've been spreading drivel unchallenged.

30% for UKIP?

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah.

In your dreams, they'll be lucky to get 13% even.

Sure they might snare a seat or two. At best, maybe 10, no more.

Let's have a dare, I say they will not get above 13% or more than 10 seats, any 1 of this comes true you win.

Talk about a handicap.

If you agree, choose a dare.

Fair enough, still 6 months away.

Anyway in the unlikely event UKIP pulls a stunner and holds the balance of power, I don't see them lasting the course. Like the SDP and others etc, the electorate will wise up to them and see the need for a stable Govt at the centre.

But fair dos to you and those who support KIP, if they can make the 1 key point that people want or are fed up with and the party in power, wakes up to or addresses it, then I believe they would have left a telling mark in British politics.

Because in the end, in politics the Govt must give the people the policies that they desire or at least the majority desire.

You cannot simply govern and ignore the desires/wishes of the people. The policy may be wrong, flawed, other nations may balk at it and history might prove it wrong, but Govt is elected to serve the people's wishes.

Of course not to pander to each request or to interest groups, or to ignore the minority, in a democracy the majority look after the minority.

I

You cannot then complain or bitch about it. If you're angry or upset, if you support a believe, express it at the ballot box.

Don't just ignore it.

Hear hear Romans. Your best post for ages.

I am sure I am not the only one, who is simply pissed off with these muppets doing what they want and ignoring the concerns of their constituents.

Personally, I despise the EU and all it stands for.
The EEC was a palatable idea. Yet the ultimate goal was to create the EUSSR and all it's bureaucracy to satisfy the socialists.
They are intent on sucking in all the poor satellite communist countries and damn the consequences of that.

Immigration is running riot. Uncontrolled and fuelling abuse of the tax payer.

The MP's are finally talking about it, sensing the countries anger.

I don't want UKIP in power. No one really does. Yet i

Es***, I don't defend Labour. But when you say turned it around, how exactly?

The current UK debt runs at 1.377 Trillion quid and rising. He isn't cutting it. When he's giving away 10 Billion a year in aid and throwing money like confetti at the EU, it won't.

Out of interest es***, what exactly do you mean when you claim "Mr Cameron says he won't pay simple"? Do you think he won't pay anything at all extra? Whether you like them or not, these are terms that all member states agreed to, and we were happy to take the rebates when they applied. Of course he'll have to pay. He might lengthen the payment times, he might even get a bit knocked off, but I'm afraid your hero will be paying the vast majority of that extra £1.7 billion to the EU.

Well es***, "Heroic Dave" has really done you proud "standing up for the UK"!!! Osborne is lying through his teeth and claiming he has halved what we have to pay, but all he has done is used money from a rebate we were due anyway to reduce the amount.
In other words, Cameron will be paying pretty much the full £1.7 billion. He's bowed down to the EU like an obedient little puppy.

Es***, that comment is either incredibly naive, or unbelievably stupid.

Because of where you live, I'll assume it's a bit of both.

London, is the first place looked after in the UK. Why do you think all the immigrants flock there?
The area you live in has more scope for jobs, than anywhere else in the country, due to the backwards political policies of the UK.
Do people want zero hour contracts? No.
Because the benefit system has squeezed everyone out , they are mad to sign for anything.
In effect, the UK has become a slave labour pot for the uneven distribution of wealth.
Industry in our neck of the woods has been stripped to the bones.
Even Rolls Royce, the engineering flagship of this country. Now the Trent engine is
