Now I know the NEP has a flair for the over dramatic.
But does a gun amnesty, really warrant a picture of a 0.5 inch Browning heavy machine gun? XD XD XD
I think the idea is to remove the illegal handguns that have found their way into the country. Either the old relics or ex soviet bloc pistols.
I think the chances of a heavy machine gun lurking at the back of someone's wardrobe, or being sold in the back of a pub are extremely remote. XD XD XD
