Notice of complaint: QOS player that stamped on Ian Black

There was no stamp, Black however did slide in with both feet and infact raise his left leg to try and catch the QOS player in the follow through, he then also held onto said player with his arm around his leg to prevent him from getting to the ball.

Black is a ***** who can dish it out but cries like a bairn when he get's a wee niggle back XD

The player who stamped on Black is Andy Dowie, he used to play for the dead club.
