Aberdeen FC is delighted to confirm yet another player has committed his future to the Dons.

Striker David Goodwillie has put pen to paper on a contract extension that will see him remain at the Club until the summer of 2016.

David, who has been a regular fixture in the starting eleven since late November, was thrilled to have his future secured with the Dons. "I've really enjoyed my experience so far at Aberdeen and have particularly enjoyed working closely with the manager and Tony.

"There are a great bunch of players here, alongside brilliant staff, who are all working towards delivering success for the fantastic supporters."

"It's a huge club, moving in the right direction under the vision of the manager, and I wanted to remain part of that as I feel something special can happen with this team."

Derek added. "We knew David would take time to get his game up to speed due to the timing of his arrival at the club but now he has established himself his value to the team, both on a

Jutesville United fans will be raging. Whilst United want to hand the title to the Tims on a plate, Aberdeen try their utmost to keep a team together to put in a challenge.

It begs the question: What is the point in Dundee United :?.

Dholly are trying all this evasive dabs pish because they know Goodwillie played his best football at Dundee United. They have a below par hardcore arab at their club and will dress it up as much as they can. The fact is that Goodie is a Dundee United legend, and he loves us. He would jump at a chance to play for the DABs again and is stealing dholly's wages at best, the most satisfying thing is that dholly themselves know this. B)

http://i60.tinypic.com/2lxyyds.jpggoodie is rightly regarded as as tannadice legend as he played in one of your very few cup winning teams and will probably always have a soft spot for utd for giving him a start in the pro game.
He has however moved on to bigger and better things under a manager he respects and loves playing in our attacking formation,I believe the technical term for this is ragdolling.

I was speaking to DG the other day.

He phucking hates Unearly for the 'undeserved, unjustified superiority complex the fans and almost everyone associated with club' have. His words min, not mine.

Dundee Unearly - Not even the most successful team on their street.

They wouldn't have him back anyway, after he was a "disappointment" on his much-lauded and early terminated loan return last season. - view external link (http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25704711)

Spoken like a player who was desperate to sign a new contract. He must be so relieved. No club in England would have touched him with a bargepole in the current climate.
