Who will go up to the Prem and who will come down to the Championship?

My predictions are:

Promotion - Boro (Champions), Derby, Ipswich (via the play-offs)

Relegation - Leicester, Hull, West Brom

I agree with the promoted but think Burnley,QPR and Leicester will go down!
