Hi all,
I work for blood cancer charity Cure Leukaemia based in Birmingham.
Former Wolves, Palace and England player Geoff Thomas is trying to raise £1million for the charity this year by leading two bike rides in June and July.
Geoff wrote to all the football league clubs asking for support and Simon Grayson kindly sent us a shirt signed by the entire squad. Given the great success of recent weeks we have placed the shirt on ebay and all proceeds will go to Cure Leukaemia.

Sadly football and leukaemia have been closely linked in recent years with Geoff Thomas, Stiliyan Petrov, Juan Carlos Garcia, Jody Craddock's son Toby, Brad Jones' son all suffering from blood cancer. Gary Ablett and Carl Baker's son sadly lost their battles with the disease.
Geoff is determined to help other people access new life-saving therapies being made by the pharmaceutical companies but without research nurses these patients would not see these drug
