Time Tito move to Banter

Bigrich is no more and we thank him for his efforts but surely the easiest solution is for us all to move to Banter.

Most of the troublemakers on here have calmed down and Exeter will not tolerate a return so merging the site to Advert free and brilliantly well run Banter is the logical answer.
