Rich Sharpe may have been sworn to secrecy, but the Nantwich Town website has let the cat out of the bag. Check it out.

A young Man U signing who will surely be loaned out to gain greater experience. Let's hope he comes our way. Go easy on the tackles, Sorvel!

I believe the left back that played for the Alex today was Sam Grimshaw 21yrs. Played with Man City's academy for 9 years then released. Played with some Northern County and Northern Premier teams then given a trial by Man Utd a few months ago, not sure what happened with that.

He is supposed to be extremely quick. Cant say I was over impressed with him today, was played in by Brad Inman in the second half on the left side of the box but instead of taking it nearer the goal or putting in a good cross he hits a weak shot.

Would not be upset if we did sign him but would need some coaching in my opinion.
