This site is very slow at the mo and so I'll start off if you like! ;)
We were lucky to get a point. Just check the stats for any doubt.
No improvement in midfield and the strikers got no service and Fox was useless in that every time he got the ball, he played it back or square even when Colclough was demanding the ball in the second half. RC should have started as he was the only one to take players on and had two shots at goal in his first 5 mins on the pitch. Can't see where the goals are going to come from. Our defence played pretty well with both George Ray and of course Ben, deserves his MOM and deserve a special mention. Good crowd but not much increase in the Crewe fans for a first game.
I'm glad RC has signed as the only one at the moment for me that gives excitement when he gets the ball.
Inman and Haber ran around like headless chickens but as I said, more the lack of service probably.
