After todays game it was incredibly frustrating to see the comments from Davis as I feel today he was solely to blame for the second half performance. Anyone could see that first half we looked great with the ball and that that chances were going to come and it doesn't take a genius to figure out what Millwall would do about it.
So when they pressed a bit higher and stopped us from playing the ball out to the defence from the keeper where was the plan B?
The choice he made was to just throw attackers on when what we desperately needed was an idea of how to attack, which in that situation was Haber and push Colclough and Wilson out wide losing Dalla Valle. Gives us a target for goal kicks and pace out wide to get in behind a team thats pushing up.
