How can we manage without Thommo? (who is he again)
His appointment was "crucial".
Maybe the pull of the "Blackpool area" (what a dump) was too much for us to tempt him.
I'm gutted, how will we cope.
I'm left with the feeling that our non gain is Preston's loss - there you are - over it now - like it never really mattered now I look back (mainly because it didn't).

I was one of those who wanted Thommo back but to be honest i think Black has come out of all this well...he's gone up in a few peoples estimations lately i bet..mine included.

No one knows why he was sacked at Leeds.... Maybe that has a bearing on why Redrearn can't or won't work with Thommo again?

How's Black come out of it well. I'll give him a chance. We lost to Burnley didn't we without ever looking like scoring apart from a wonder strike by G Ward. But he dropped Halford out of the match day squad, which is a start. Wants to get together with Redfearn & make us hard to beat, give defence some protection.

Redfearn would work with him again no danger. Big pals. Trouble is he's just got a job with Grayson and Snod, both good lads too.
