Was at u21 development match on Monday V Falkirk, (beat us 2 nowt) . Heard Magennis pulled his hammy at training, worst case scenario ten days, hopefully back for Saturday, a chance maybe for Boydie if not?
Connolly played in development match alongside Hamill and Robinson. Thought Connolly wasn't at races but when he actually went off, it was still 0-0. three minutes later we were down two nil!! Hamill had a great game and Robinson looked out his depth even at U21 level. Splaine is a definite prospect capable of being blooded into first team now, (no. 10) by god can he see a pass, boys at that level just dont read it. The lad Scott Maclean has possibly the quickest switch of feet i've seen in a long time at this level, also a sweet finish in his locker, scored a cracking goal which was deemed offside even tho he was on, it was Dale carrick that was offside behind him. Maclean scored two crackers the previous game against St Johnstone also, but still has the physique of a boy unlik

My concern with the good youngsters we have is that our board seem allergic to holding on to them or at least giving them decent contracts which would get us decent selling fees.

On another note, Frizzell got a good write up on the SPL website.....

SPFL Wonderkid #6 - Adam Frizzell

David Brockett casts his eye over Kilmarnock’s Adam Frizzell in his latest scouting report from the SPFL Development League.

Fresh from making his first-team debut in Kilmarnock’s 2-0 win over Inverness CT on Saturday, Frizzell played the full 90 minutes in Monday evening’s Development League clash at home to Falkirk, which the Bairns won 2-0.

Predominantly featuring as an attacking midfielder, the 17-year-old academy graduate is also comfortable operating on either flank to supplement the attack. Frizzell, who turned professional in the summer, has international experience, having played for Scotland at U16 and U17 level.

The pacy playmaker has speed and confidence in abundance, attributes
