Keogh sustained a broken nose last night, hope he feels ok to play Saturday!

Hope it doesn't impair his good looks

Back four did ok last night and the keeper. With the midfield and strikeforce absent, they stopped the ship from sinking. Lee Grant definitely deserves some praise. He certainly gets enough stick.

Should bode well for his audition for lead role in the remake of 'the shining' ;-)

Got to say that the ref's performance in the couple of minutes after the injury was just plain weird - ignored calls from the players (including their keeper) to stop the game for an obvious head injury; gave the foul on the edge of our box and then messed about telling people off and arranging things for the free kick before eventually acknowledging there was a player down; began to (very slowly) go back to the Reading end before turning round and carrying out some strange backward mincing steps to the middle of the half and then standing with his hands on his hips like some deformed manequin while Keogh got treatment. It almost looked as if he was so embarrassed by his lack of action for the injury that he was scared to get nearer than 40 yards from Keogh (and certainly didn't want to look at him) - either that or he was scared of the North stand. I actually though he did pretty well for the rest of the game, but that part was bizarre....

Decent officials. He had Chris Martin's card marked. The game flowed ok –*mainly in our half :D
