Aaaaaarrrrr pieces of eight.

Actually I only had one with some orange juice and a squeeze of lime.
Then a few beers.
Rum doesn't taste of rum, thats much better than I thought it would be.

Mrs Donsdaft had four or five and by the sounds I hear from the kitchen she is throwing half the stuff out of the freezer.

Strange stuff 75% Trinidadian rum.

Aye Donsdaft! Thats the usual
Only thing i didnt have a drop of the stuff lastnight, and after the loons antics in his match and the score line from motherwell yesterday, combined with some of the shyte posted on here and windups sent to my whatsapp
Casa Malaga was not a good atmosphere to be in yesterday!
Cuunt of a day and no a drop of alcohol.

How about roasting Jaqui. I have. Some manager

I'll think on a bit about that one. Not too sure about the etiquette of taking the piss out of a non-league manager who's clearly doing his best but perhaps not quite up to the job. Perhaps a bit unfair to take the p1ss out of the amateur ranks. On the other hand I may make an exception for Jacqui.

What's the price per litre of the hicupbi? JD is nae that bad it does the job. The deli out the road from meldrum has a varied selection of wine. Not a wine fan but they do look pretty cool with all their fancy labels and stuff. I've been tempted a few times. They have one called the azzkisser and they have a chocolate one as well.

It was a gift but it's about £50 a bottle. A man of my tatse doesn't worry about prices.

Do they have Metz in this "deli" you speak of?

Oh me metz brings back some not too nice (hazy) memories. Was it not supposed to be an alcoholic lemonade? I feel a bit queezy just thinking about it. Cheers Aldo :s

P.S no the deli doesn't stock said refreshment but they do have truffles with marshmallows in the middle.

When we were 13 and in to hanging around bus stops a drunken guy came out the pub and gave us this great advice, 'never take trips on your tod'

Never took them full stop. Picked magic mushrooms once though and downed them with a bottle of buckfast. That was interesting.

Were you fishing? I'm noting the rod in the photo, any luck?

You've got the UK bar drinks with a sh*tty little glass, not a drop more than the lawful measure, 2 ice-cubes and some flat draft coke out the scooshy thing.

Go to Spain and you get a proper big, round glass full of ice then the spirit of choice poured over until you say stop and a bottle of ice-cold pepsi to top up till your happy. That's the way it should be done. It makes the world of difference. UK bar drinks are atrocious.

A great place to fish off Port Ellen, off on the boat along the coast where Laphroaig, Lagavulin and Ardbeg are. You can see Norn Iron and Arran over Kintyre. The deer were swimming across the little islands and seals were on the rocks. If you are lucky you'll maybe spot some dolphins or basking sharks.

Anyway, JD is vile no matter where or how you serve it imo. I like a dark, non spiced rum with coke though and I agree that it's better elsewhere. Nothing better than a holiday cigarette and beer or wine outside a bar abroad.

1-1 half time

Ever since the 18th century, the Mariinsky Ballet Company, which is in its 236th season, has been inseparable from the history of European dance, and since the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, they have given the world some of the greatest stars of the genre.
While being committed to preserving the classical traditions, the Mariinsky is also open towards the latest trends in dance, and has collaborated with such choreographers as William Forsythe, Angelin Preljocaj, Sasha Waltz, Wayne McGregor, and Hans van Manen.
The simultaneously classical and boldly experimental choreography of Prokofiev's wonderful fairy tale ballet, the work of the Russian-American Alexei Ratmansky, was presented by the company in 2002. In close cooperation with Valery Gergiev, Ratmansky studied the deep strata of the music to create his concept. To this day, the production is one of the Mariinsky's most successful productions, which they continue to keep on the repertoire.
