A new update for FIFA 16 is available which EA claims will address the issue of "inconsistencies in chemistry and fitness" in a number of teams on Ultimate Team. FIFA 17 Coins (http://www.6kgm.com).
Not much else was said in the announcement on the FIFA forums, but EA did say that they will share more details on FUT mechanics in FIFA 17 when they move closer to launch.

As we move closer to FIFA 17, the likelihood of any more issues in FIFA 16 will be addressed is slim.
