My Grandad was 101 in March and has abstained from pretty much nothing in his life although he does swear by his bowl of all bran in the morning with a suppie hot water in it. Perhaps it is something to do with the wartime generation as I honestly can't imagine our generation living to that age regularly especially with all the synthetic crap we have to choose from these days. Not like a rowie does any harm either as it was him that started by addiction!
