If you dinna ken, Provost Skenes hoos is to become a museum telling the story of the Heroes fae toon.

The EE did a pull out yesterday (along woth other media sources) and gave you the chance to vote for who you want inducted. Peoples proffessions ranged from actors to fitba player to scientists(nae all aberdonian but have ties with Aberdeen, Willie Miller for example)

Who would you vote in

My first vote didnt even make the list

Recently passed World War II vet Alastair "the forgotten Highlander" Urquhart

Taking into account the number who did, any empty office/retain space at Marischal Square could be filled with tributes to them all, with overspill into the E&M's shop being vacated by some upmarket pizza bakery.

Back in the early 80s I installed gas heating for her grandparents whilst they lived in a pensioners type house in Cornhill Way.

Really nice they were too.
And her uncle back in the mid 70s Lord Provost Lennox when they lived beside the very lush Victoria Park ..

Have to agree with that about Annie Lennox.very good family .
