you're not saying much apart from blaming the SNP, even though they can only assign the resources allocated to them by the UK parliament, across a number of sectors. Without knowing any of the details, I can only imagine your dad has been assessed as not in any danger, not acute? it's not any better anywhere else in the UK, if you ever looked beyond Scotland, you'd see that.
