Im a bit downbeat with these latest transfer rumours
_______

Ex-Wolves striker Benik Afobe could be the subject of interest from West Brom.

Tony Pulis was believed to have kept close tabs on the striker in January and could make another approach should the club miss out on Southampton's Jay Rodriguez which we probably will

Centre-back Ahmed Hegazy has been linked with a summer move to West Brom or Hull City which will probably be Hull City

The Baggies sent scouts to watch the the Al Ahly defender in action and is thought to have impressed.

The 26-year-old helped Egypt to the African Cup of Nations title earlier this year and was named in the official team of the tournament.

'Team of the tournament'...how much of the teams success were down to him, the last batch of players we had that shone in tournament never got a real amount of match time to shine for us, so we haven't moved on very much have we if we are after doing the same old thing again.

West Brom are set to miss out on Charlie Taylor - with Burnley reported to have agreed terms with the left-back.

Tony Pulis has recently looked elsewhere to solve his left-back issue, after failing to agree a compensation fee with Leeds, and was unwilling to go through a tribunal to determine his cost to the club.

Burnley are now the front runners for his signature, who are less wary of the so far unknown price tag over the youngster's head.

Meanwhile, Albion are set to do battle with Arsenal and West Ham for Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru.

Albion were linked with the 20-year-old earlier in the summer, and are now thought to be in a race for his services.

Scoring 24 times last season for KAS Eupen, Arsene Wenger is currently the favourite to bring him in to the Emirates.
