Quite correct Q, they also had Barry Hole about the same time, so their midfield consisted of Arce and Hole XD

There was a player a few years back playing in the lower leagues whose surname was sh1tole. When he scored Jeff Stelling when, reading out the scores, refused to say his name.

David Goodwillie.
When he was leaving Dundee United we said we needed to hang on to Goodwillie.
Sadly he became something of a Badwillie and is now playing for Clyde.

Back in the late 70s there was a Reading player called Wayne Wa*nklyn.
So imagine the embarrassment eh, having to be called Wayne all his life. ;D

I remember watching the Albion winning at Blues back in the eighties & I was stood on the Spion Kop in a very small crowd feeling a bit anxious with Blues thugs around me. I thought I was safe talking to a really old guy next to me and said. 'That centre half for the Albion looks pretty useful' He said 'Yeah, What's his name ?' . I Feigned ignorance and checked my programme. 'Chris Whyte' I said. His reply
'Stupid effing name for a black bloke'
