Not sure what the video is trying to say. It's conspiracy theory at its wildest. How is a Londons Burning episode twenty years ago related to the fire or to a demolition notice in 2014.

It seems the demolition notice was part of the upgrade process

DEM/14/02401 relates to the parts of the building, which were removed as enabling works to facilitate the building works under FP/14/03563.

A Demolition Notice was required under Section 80 of the Building Act 1984.

If you love a good conspiracy then you might ask why did Joan Rivers die in a routine operation just over a month after telling CNN Obama was gay and Michelle was trans. Or why her daughter requested there be no autopsy report on her death or how the clinic doing the routine operation allowed an unauthorised doctor to operate on her.
