Senegalese striker Mamadou Thiam should leave Dijon to join the Barnsley club in English D2.

One year from the end of his contract with Dijon, Mamadou Thiam (22 years) could take the direction of Barnsley (D2 ANG). DFCO, hoping to recover around 1 M € in case of transfer of the Senegalese striker, could also see Jérémie Bela (24, 2018). The Dijon offensive midfielder, who according to the regional daily Le Bien public refused an offer from Valenciennes, has tracks in Turkish and Spanish Ligue 2. A.Bi.

Went from Claremont to Dijon for £680k after a loan spell .

Decent standard of football is the french second division so I'm hopeful he's going to cut the mustard .

That seems to be the case SB and fair play to the club for exploring this market .

In the context of what lies ahead this season this needs to be workable as a minimum requirement .

If not it's the last million quid Hecky will see to spend on one player that's for sure .
