If we are not sitting comfortably in the top half of the table after the first ten games I feel that we are in for a very difficult season. With the exception of Arsenal and the tenth match v. Man. City, they are all winnable games. This is why it is imperative that we have our transfer dealings completed before a ball is kicked. Obviously we won't, which could come to haunt us at the end of the season.

Leicester is absolutely right. Come next April we'll be scrapping and defending for all we're worth to get any draw we can, but we really should be targeting the very winnable early games and ensure we get a full 3 points instead of 1. It's no good putting 11 men behind the ball at Stamford Bridge for 1 point, but letting Bournemouth or Watford restrict us to 1 point is the way to relegation.
