It's only the first game of the season so can't read too much into yesterday's result.
However, this year we are favourites for promotion and our main rivals should be Inverness, Falkirk and St Mirren.
Getting 3 points away at one of your rivals is absolutely massive. Last year we didn't beat Hibs, Falkirk or Morton away in the league. Not only did it mean we didn't gain ground on teams above us but not winning those matches puts pressure on the whole team for subsequent games.
We should be good enough and now have the experience in this division to drop fewer points this season than last to other teams in the division (Dumbarton and QOS for example). So if we can also start winning the bigger games against our rivals, especially away from home, we will really put pressure on those chasing us.
