Interesting read in today's Telegraph showing how 5 clubs led the breakaway, how the FA supported it to kill off the Football League, how Greg Dyke and ITV were behind the move, how the FA failed at accept an offer of one third of all TV income from PL clubs and negotiated their own TV deal thereby losing £3Bn so far and how Sky took out ITV.
Only 8 founder clubs remain in the PL 25 years on.
