Interesting article but we still need to get some more deals done and for me the biggest thing is that the whole window thing needs changing. It has become a farce and just suits the biggest clubs in Europe (and even then only a few with the deepest pockets) Yes it creates a daily programme for Sky Sports News (Transfer News) plus a Deadline Day fiasco for that mad Scotsman. Can't see any other pluses for anyone.
I suppose Sky would argue they pay the money and therefore they are are as important, if not more important that the clubs. Just absolutely ridiculous.
