It's just a Derby!

There is no doubt that passions on both sides run high, that's probably an understatement!

The content of some of the posts from last night indicate that a lot of folk were just letting off steam, sometimes not objectively.

In the cold light of day United lost to the better team.

The teams physical and tactical frailties were exposed for all to see, so now that the dust has settled RM has to see we need some height both up front and in defense.

I think he has bought sensibly and has the makings of a great team which still has to find its feet, its fitness and its best 11 players who can play together as a unit.

God forbid Mixu could still have been manager! 😱

Losing a Derby is as painful AF. Let's move on, regroup and win the Championship!

Well said
The result and performance last night was poor.
But in the context of what it means to our season it wasn't that important.

That's fair.

Any derby defeat is ****in sickening but it's not the most important thing this season. Also we get the bonus of seeing Dundee get a doing fae Celtic in the next round. Scary to think what Celtic would have done to us if we'd won last night.

Sh1te luck getting drawn against them, we'd won the sectional tie on pens & that would have been it, bragging rights are ours for 12 months.
Even a home tie would have been nice v any opposition.
Look at Hibs, Ayr in the last 16 at home & now they're home v Livi in the last eight.
Nae luck. But howsabout getting them in the Scottish, would take that, hopefully we're sorted by November.
