Haha, I've thought about it DB, but I've got so many gadgets, music gizmos and different ways of watching TV right now that I have to 'justify' the purchase to Mrs GB. She's no idea where all the movies or the music come from, if I pop me clogs it'll be back to a basic TV no broadband and an old HMV. ;D

It'll be fine with her if it replaces something bigger or makes the TV area tidier. I managed to swing an Amazon Echo and Dot last month to replace some old Bose speakers, but it's small steps that win matey. I'll have to think about it, we hardly ever use the Blue Ray player...maybe next month.

Hats off to you there mate. What a good spot!

Hopefully, I'll be able to catch it as I wasn't there the first time round. I could hear the roar from Coldwell Lane Park though! Epic.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UNx_HmifAm4My word the ball took some hammer in them days,:) Manure were hoofin as much we were on this day.Gannon just gone off needin stitches in his leg,the soft lad. At thee end of the game Hanson says it was a stonewall penalty when Tracey brought down the Manure player but failed to say when young Fergie took the free kick the ball was movin so shudda been brought back and took again,he also said Tracey cudda been sent off if the penalty had been given,if that's the case why wasn't Pallister sent off when he fouled Corky for our penalty, the media always biased against THE BLADES the gits.:)

Well I really enjoyed that!

Three things that I noticed from it were that Gannon was a far better player than many remember including yours truly, he'd do a job for us today, and I'd totally forgotten about Alan McLeary ever playing for us.

Also, isn't it amazing how the Lane has been transformed into the fine modern stadium it is now while the Sty has hardly changed?

Watched it and was surprised the match wasn't as good as I remember but the result was superb.
Gannon was really good and just how good was Simon in goal?

The windy conditions didn't help and some of those tackles would have seen a card or three, perhaps even the odd red.

Tracey in goal and Ned Kelly on the bench. The stuff of dreams!
