Watched him warming up last night and his body language was that of someone who wanted to be anywhere else than at ER, he looked dejected and uninterested in being there. Not sure which of the Spanish contingent was doing the warm up with them but there was clearly a language barrier with him gesticulating to Green and Green clearly not getting what he was supposed to do; then again the coach looked totally pants, missing half of the shots and crosses to Wiedwald. Green never got to do any of the warm up between the sticks. I'd be surprised if he was here come 1st September if he isn't first choice by then.

I hope green gets a chance as for a lot of last season he was really good but Wiedwald played well yesterday, greens chance to impress will hopefully be Newport cup match as I don't see him getting much chance in the league, if he goes, he can go with his head held high knowing he did well for us, he'd always be welcome back at Leeds, but I've a feeling he will be elsewhere before the transfer window shuts

He'll just have to suck it up - like a few others

The irony is that most gks pushing 40 are normally 2nd choice

Plus if you've been injured you need to wait your turn, Felix has had 2 clean sheets

And those 2 were against better teams than the 2 he conceded against

Silentman, are you advocating a first team squad of 11 players?

No, just that Green should be first choice. Only saying what I saw on Tuesday, he clearly isn't happy.

noone should be happy on the bench.
