Sessi D'Almeida Departs Oakwell.

Midfielder joins Blackpool on a permanent basis.

D’Almeida joins the Seasiders on a permanent contract for an undisclosed fee. The French midfielder joined the Reds in the summer of 2016, but saw his season cut short through injury and has since struggled to break into the first team line up.

D’Almeida departs Oakwell with the best wishes of everyone at the Club for his future career.

Well if you never saw him ? You wouldn't know , looked after him for 12 months , i hope the lad does well , New signing ? Many of us thought that , some however dismiss this i hope he comes good ,! And some reckon he's best rid of ,
Hope your happy now , too many signing and not given a chance down theer , wasting money on the Mowatts etc , send Williams back , play Bird or Kay who are far better than that wimp from Everton , play our own lads first not Premier Nomarks,

How can we say he/Sessi was cr*ap ?.
Yes I know we don't get to see players and what their attitudes are like between match days, and we aren't really in a position to judge when Hecky & the club do this etc.
But, I just don't think Sessi got a fair chance like a lot of other players undeservedly get. (my opinion of course)

Good luck to Sessi! We need a strong tackler in the centre of midfield - too weak at the moment

Hecky and his back room staff have their favorites , and they don't want to rock the boat , Hecky may leave ? And they ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, think there's a job here for me ? Watch this happen and it may not be long , anybody inspire you in the backroom staff to take over ?

Disappointed that we never got a proper chance to judge for ourselves, when we signed him he sounded just what we needed. At the time it seemed like every team bar us had a big solid midfielder, and I thought he could have done the biz for us. But sometimes an injury can be hard to bounce back from - look at Butterfield, never the same player after he got crocked. Hope he does well at Blackpool. If not, well at least he'll be in good company - loads of donkeys out that way! ;D
