it was ok.... but it proved one thing, we have no young kids at all, who are anywhere near ready for the 1st team.

that includes Barlaser, Sterry and Good.

it was a good workout for the kids though as Crewe only made 5 changes from their 1st team.

a decent road trip with my boys.

Thought it was up to 5 seniors could be in the squad. Could be confusing it with different cup though.

He's 6'0" Mick but he's just turned 19 so he could still stretch up a bit.

you MUST play 5 or 6 under 21's. the rest can all be 1st teamers if you so wish. it can be used to give game ti.e to squad members. we could easily have played Aarons, Murphy, Diame, Yedlin etc.
