Discussed in the Scottish Parliament yesterday which was covered live on Sky's national news.

This lady never gave up and fought all the way for recognition of this issue. Well done to her indeed.

Well done to Amanda Kopel and all who were pushing this issue. A lot of helpless people are thankfully going to benefit from her hard work, why it wasn't implemented sooner is beyond me.

I'm sure her husband's looking down on her with pride just now.

A lot of very good causes get snubbed to start with, it's when a momentum builds that the powers that be eventually listen, investigate and then eventually instigate the changes which make sense. Good on Amanda for keeping going, Frank would be very proud of her

It's a hugely complex issue.

It takes time to make sure things can be delivered without ****ing up existing policy.

Well done to ALL concerned: Amanda and other campaigners, service users, politicians and civil servants for all the work which has gone into this.
