Far from done and dusted tonight but it is very clear and has been for some time that Kevin Nolan clearly understands what is required to get results in league 2. He's the only competent and naturally talented manager we have had in basically ages. I can't actually remember when the last one was but it was probably Cotterill who was probably not that talented but was certainly competent.
